To register a 365age account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or currently located in Bangladesh.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a 365age account closed, suspended, or terminated for rule violations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of 365age.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. 365age reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage and to suspend account activity pending satisfactory verification.

Each registered player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 365age platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. 365age will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. All financial transactions on 365age are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• All payment accounts used for deposits or withdrawals must be registered in the name of the 365age account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 365age processes withdrawal requests within one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 365age does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may impose their own fees; these are not controlled by 365age.
• 365age reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Such checks may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

From time to time, 365age offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

• In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 365age reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 365age platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.

• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any financial crime.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 365age content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365age shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. 365age's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 365age account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

365age reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited in full.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 365age operates. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable legal channels in Bangladesh.
